Backend Developer Intern
Job Description:
We are seeking motivated and tech-savvy interns to join our development team. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates looking to gain hands-on experience in building scalable web applications and improving user interfaces.

Duration:
6 months

Job Location:
Remote

Stipend:
Month 1 and 2 (Onboarding Phase): Rs. 2500/- month
Month 3-6: Rs. 5000/-

Exceptional performers will be offered a PPO.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the engineering team to design, develop, and maintain web features.
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software systems. Development of new features and modules for different ongoing projects within the company's environment.
Participate in code reviews and team brainstorming sessions.

Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Currently in the 3rd or 4th year of a Bachelor’s degree (CS/IT preferred) or a recent Graduate.

Communication: Excellent command of the English language (both written and verbal)

Technical: Golang, REST API, RDBMS

Shift Details:
Candidates must be flexible to work in either of the following shifts:

Day Shift: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Evening/Night Shift: 5:00 PM – 1:00 AM

Role Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Backend Developer. You will be responsible for building functional logic, and maintaining robust modules to ensure high performance and responsiveness along with exceptional problem solving ability.

Job Location:
Remote

Duration:
2 months (Contractual)

Salary:
Rs. 20,000/- month

May be promoted as full-time based on perfomance and company's requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Relational Database Schema Designing and writing RESTful API

Assisting in development and Maintenance of company's products.

Developing server-side logic and ensure seamless integration with front-end components.

Designing and implementing low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications.

Guiding and assisting interns

Qualifications & Skills:

Education: Must be a Graduate in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Communication: Superior English speaking skills are mandatory for internal coordination.

Technical: Proven experience with backend frameworks. GoLang, DSA, Gin, REST API, RDBMS, GORM, SQLC
