𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐂𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐢𝐥𝐞:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing creative designs for a wide array of media to fit the needs of internal teams and external clients. We’re looking for an experienced Graphic Designer who is well adept in creating graphics as per the instructions.
The candidate should have a creative mindset and knowledgeable in working with social media post & designing brochures, advertisements, newsletters, logos, magazines, video editing, etc.
The candidate must have mandatory knowledge of design software like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw, Adobe Premium Pro, After Effect & Other relevant professional software to accomplish these responsibilities.

The candidate is preferred to be available for in-house full-time dedication at our Office located in Siliguri.

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐥𝐮𝐝𝐞:
1. Oversee design and production of all online and offline marketing material
2. Research and Develop InfoGraphics on specific topic
3. Conceptualize and execute the creative design strategy behind ad campaigns
4. Design and produce a wide array of media
5. Develop and work for several company's brand to increase brand presence
6. Deeply passionate about Video Editing & Motion Graphics
7. Video editing skill in required software
8. Edit videos, static graphic content mainly focused on social media marketing
9. Edit raw video footage and add effects/elements to enhance motion graphics
10. Combining visual footage with audio sound effects, dialogue, and a soundtrack
11. Continuous study on social media trends and design from all social media assets including photography, and videography
12. Ability to work methodically & meet deadlines
13. Work with senior graphics designer to produce final design

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐥𝐮𝐝𝐞:
1. Developing the front-end of the platform using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap
2. Optimizing and making platforms compatible with various types of devices
3. Developing excellent taste towards identifying soothing color combinations, shapes, and great designs
4. Developing well-designed and engaging components that work fast with the least amount of friction
5. Researching, strategizing, and planning to execute great design focused on enhancing simplicity and utility of the platform
6. Working on building the design on WordPress using builders like Elementor, Divi, Visual Composer, Beaver, Oxygen, Brizy, WPBakery, etc.
7. Working on a given landing page design and building it on WordPress
