Namaste,

We completed 15 years in June 2022. We have always believed and implemented constant changes to our services and products portfolio over the foundational years.

This was keeping in view the never ending and constant changes we witness in the Technology world.

As we keep saying- We don't perform, we don't survive. We don't change, the world will leave us behind !!!

We have consistently invested in retooling and reorienting ourselves to be able to compete and excel in an ever changing market.

For those interested, here are the Timelines in our History-

-Young India started out as a Generic Consulting Company in July 2007 with expertise in Open Source & Microsoft Technologies. It was cofounded by Dr Prahlada Harikatha⁩, Mrs Prasanna Gadiraju⁩ & Pramod Buravalli.

-Bravely faced off the 2008 economic crisis
-Built products for the Loan Management & Real Estate Crowdfunding Space between 2009-2018
-Built a global Infor Consulting Practice since 2012
-Became an Infor Alliance Partner in 2018
-Bravely faced off the 2020-21 Covid crisis
-We continue to strengthen core expertise within the Infor ecosystem especially in Syteline, ION & Service Mgmt
-We will continue to strengthen expertise within the Microsoft ecosystem with focus on .NET, SQL, SSRS and Xamarin
-We will also diversify into IoT (Internet of Things) and Robotics in the coming years.

We would be thrilled to receive feedback in our endeavor to make YACG and YIIT a better global organization.

The primary objective of the Syteline Administrator and Developer is to evolve and maintain Infor Syteline Application, develop options for future growth, assist in upgrades, maintain relationships with Infor and support user needs within Syteline and related applications.

This role detects, diagnoses, reports, and helps to resolve problems associated with these applications and also researches best practices, tools and software needed to improve overall system performance.

6. Infor CPQ developer (1) with 3 yrs of experience.

7. Xamarin Mobile App developers (2) with 1-3 yrs of experience.

8. College Graduates (15) with certifications & projects in C #/.NET/ SSRS/python/React/Node.js.

9. IT Sales Manager(1) with 3-7 yrs experience selling Infor Syteline/ION Implementation, Support and Consulting Services. Position is initially remote for 9 months and then from our corporate office in Hyderabad, India.

Infor Syteline Functional Analysts (2 positions) with 5-7 yrs experience as a Business Analyst gathering requirements, assisting in pre sales, proposal building, training, design, development and documentation.
