Job description:
•Deep experience in the SSP and exchange-based media selling industry
•Expertise on all aspects of programmatic planning and campaign management processes, RTB, exchanges, and ad networks
•To launch and manage our programmatic inventory offering.
Manage programmatic demand partners like DSPs,
advertising networks, RTB advertising exchanges and media
agency trading desks. Propose yield maximizing inventory
supply strategies
•Intimately informed about trends in the programmatic space and are fully aware of the technology landscape.
•Strong analytical thinking ability, excellent communications skills and is ready to work in a fast-paced team environment implementing programmatic media buys across agencies.
Responsibilities:
• Implement and manage day-to-day programmatic sell across multiple Supply Side platforms. Includes, but not limited to, setting bid strategies, performance monitoring, identifying and implementing optimizations (by target audience, content, geographic area, etc.), providing proactive recommendations and program insights.
• Serve as an expert on all aspects of the programmatic planning and campaign management processes.
• Setting goals and enabling growth (revenue, client portfolios and growing people).
• Create the programmatic strategy, proposition and go-to-market
• Manage all existing programmatic partners (contracts, individual campaigns, etc.)
• Create and maintain strong relationships with the programmatic players in the market
•Optimize programmatic offerings for maximum revenue generation
•Serve as single point-of-contact for all internal and external RTB-related inquiries
Desired Candidate Profile
• Graduate, MBA preferred
• Minimum 5 years previous experience, at least 3 of which are on the supply side managing their programmatic offering, Search, Display, Video, Social and Mobile Programmatic Media Buying, Media sales, Digital Ad Sales, Media Space Selling
• Experience with one or more of the following media technology tools: DSPs, SSPs, ad-servers, ad-exchanges, retargeting tools, Facebook advertising, Google Display Network. Expert understanding and operations of DoubleClick Ad exchange and DMP is essential
•Strong understanding of the process of implementing programmatic orders between seller and buyer
