Overview of HPE Courses
Instead of proposing entirely new courses that seek to replace existing courses being offered by YCTCs today – which could be disruptive and can be appended to them as add-ons. The courses are outlined on the:-

1. Accelerated Program on Open Source Applications (APOSA) -40 Hours.

2. Accelerated Program on Computer Programming (APCP)-50 Hours.

3. Accelerated Program on Mobile Application Development-(APMAD) 50 Hours.

4. Accelerated Program on IT Connected Device (APICD)-40 Hours.

5. Accelerated Program on Advanced Networking (APAN)-50 Hours.

6. Accelerated Program on Data Center Technologies (APDCT)-60 Hours.

Youth computer training centre
The department realizes that some of these courses may be updates are based on industry requirements and are in line with latest advances in technology, Department of youth Services, West Bengal decided to enlarge with original Equipment Manufacturers who would be willing to be industry partners. As industry partners, the OEMs are expected to provide latest curriculum, train trainers at YCTCs and provide industry certificates to students who enroll and complete such updated courses. After an Eol process, Department of Youth Services, West Bengal has decided to partner with Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) to offer HPE Certified courses at YCTCs.
