Must-Have Skills
Leads generation via Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc.
Excellent Analytical & communication skills (written and oral)
Email Etiquette, Proposal writing, Follow-up, requirement gathering, client interaction, and closure
Should be able to initiate client meetings on their own
Roles And Responsibilities
Proven experience in successfully bidding and winning projects on Upwork or similar platforms.
Strong understanding of Upwork's bidding process, policies, and client expectations.
Identify relevant projects on Upwork that align with the company's capabilities.
Cultivate strong relationships with clients acquired through Upwork.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
Excellent Analytical communication and presentation skills.
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment or manage a team.
Familiarity with relevant industry trends and technologies.
