We know that technical brilliance is crucial, but it's the foundation of human connection that truly scales a team. That's why we designed a plan to build our recent fresher training plan with a core focus on soft skills from day one.
It echoes the wisdom of Thirukkural (Kural 991):
"முகத்தான் அமர்ந்து இனிதுநோக்கி அகத்தானாம் இன்சொலினி தேயுடைத்து"
which means "A pleasant look and kind words from the heart are great."
We intentionally created a training plan that fosters pleasant interactions and communication, knowing they're just as valuable as technical skills. The feedback from our new team members has been a huge win—they're calling it an "icebreaker" and an "eye-opener," proving that this investment is key to building a strong engineering culture.
