4 public speaking skills you need to master to become a leader
=================================================
Presenting in front of people is one of the core skills leaders need to master.
There are four fundamental characteristics of a great presenter.

1. A good presenter is focused.
It all starts with focus. A good presenter is focused on providing value to the audience and addressing the audience from their perspective, Weisman says. You shouldn’t just highlight your expertise or knowledge; offer examples or anecdotes to connect with the audience.

2. A good presenter has delivery skills.
Delivery skills are crucial in any form of communication, especially when talking to a large group. It’s important to use powerful body language, like maintaining eye contact and using open gestures, to engage with the audience and reinforce your points.

3. A good presenter is a storyteller.
Your audience doesn’t want to be lectured. It’s imperative that you speak to your audience, not at them. In this regard, a good presenter “is a great storyteller that takes the stories and connects them to learning points important to the audience based on the presentation content.

4. A good presenter is patient.
As a speaker, it’s critical to give your audience a moment to reflect on key statements. It can be brief, but a skilled presenter “takes a few breaths and slows down after making a key point.” The speaker can also ask a reflective question to make the discussion more applicable and relatable for the audience.

Note: HTML isn’t quite a “programming” language — it’s a markup language, meaning it’s a means of laying out the elements of a document. But it’s a “language” none the less, and one that pretty much every web developer taps endlessly, so we’ll let the semantic stuff slide.

Dr APJ Abdul Kalam’s quotes of relevance to entrepreneurs
==============================================
1.Thinking should become your capital asset, no matter whatever ups and downs you come across in your life.

2.What actions are most excellent? To gladden the heart of a human being, to feed the hungry, to help the afflicted, to lighten the sorrow of the sorrowful, and to remove the wrongs of injured.

3.Knowledge without action is useless and irrelevant. Knowledge with action converts adversity into prosperity.

4.Education gives you wings to fly. Achievement comes out of fire in our subconscious mind that ‘I will win’.

5.We will have to find newer methods of cooperation so that core competence of even remote villages can be synergised for competitive products.

6.When surrounded by day-to-day issues, there is a tendency to forget the good things we are bestowed with.

7.The important aspect of creativity is: seeing the same thing as everybody else, but thinking of something different.

8.The world today is integrally connected through four rapid connectivities. They are environment, people, economy, and ideas.

9.When you speak, speak the truth; perform when you promise; discharge your trust.

MUST READ !!
If you visit a cyber cafe and find
any black pin attached to the
CPU as shown in the picture, do not
use that system. This pin is actually
a connection which saves all your
data you enter in the system. It is a
hardware key-logger, very powerful,
it records each and every action on
your system.
It is a risk to your privacy over the
net, at risk are passwords, banking,
or any other data you enter.
