Offline medium includes the POS for the restaurants and orders through calls. Online medium includes integration with different food aggregators. Hungrychain aims to increase productivity of restaurants by having their menu on multiple platforms making it easy for operations like updating menus,
fetching orders, maintaining orders from all medium at one place, processing orders etc. The organised
food business in India is worth $48 billion with online food delivery players building scale through partnerships. Currently only a few food aggregators are providing their own software for order management, which is an addition to the restaurant's current applications for POS, customer data management and feedback, moreover these applications also operate in silos and does not help the restaurants in managing walk in customers. We will offer one application support on all devices (tab, Mobile desktop) to manage online and offline business, POS , customer feedback and data base. We are also planning to provide Data analytics to further help the restaurants in minimizing their expenses and maximizing the profits.
