This three-station, motor driven, variable speed testing machine is used to do bump endurance testing of motorcycle front and rear dampers (shock absorbers) at different user-settable speeds.

Features include user changeable bumps, variable test speeds, bump counting, damper temperature display and automatic operation of cooling fans.

The machine has been designed and manufactured at our Roorkee plant and contains more than 80% Indian components ans materials.

We have added yet another testing machine to our large stable of Material and Universal Testing Machines ----Needle Testing Machine.

This machine allows you to test Hypodermic needles for 0.3 to 3.0 mm in diameter. Tests include Membrane Puncture Test, Hub Pull out force Test and Needle bend strength test.

The machine's crosshead is driven by a precision AC Servo Motor-Ball Screw combination under a micro-controller based test machine controller. Computer Compatibility is standard through accompanying testing software.

Aids in testing Syringes are under development and will be launched soon
