Welcome to NITS. By accessing our website and enrolling in our courses, you agree to be bound by the following terms:
1. Discontinuation of Legacy Courses:
NITS has officially discontinued all previous course offerings that were priced at ₹199. These legacy programs are no longer active or supported.
2. Refund and Taxation Policy:
> No Refunds: As the amount paid for the ₹199 courses was processed with a formal GST receipt and the services were allocated, no further refund requests will be initiated or entertained.
> Tax Compliance: All fees paid are inclusive of applicable taxes, and once a GST invoice is generated, the transaction is considered final.
3. Current Live Training Offerings:
NITS currently offers Live Training exclusively for the following programs:

✅ Data Science
> Pricing: These courses are offered at a flat rate of ₹2,999.
> No Hidden Costs: This price is all-inclusive. There are no additional charges or hidden fees.
4. Schedule and Batch Management:
We value your time. All batches for Data Analytics and Data Science are currently ongoing/active. We maintain a strict schedule with no class delays, ensuring that the training is delivered within the stipulated timeframe.
5. Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction:
In the event of any complaint, dispute, or legal disagreement:
All matters must first be submitted to our internal grievance team.
If a resolution is not reached, any legal proceedings shall be moved and transferred exclusively to the Jurisdiction Court of Dehradun, Uttarakhand.
6. Acceptance of Terms:
By paying the enrollment fee for any current course, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms, specifically regarding the non-refundable nature of past payments and the jurisdictional limits.
