We're looking for a creative and analytical Digital Marketing Specialist to develop and implement effective online marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
*Responsibilities:*
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive website traffic, engagement, and conversions
- Manage and optimize our social media presence across multiple platforms
- Create high-quality, engaging content (blog posts, videos, graphics, etc.) to attract and retain our target audience
- Analyze website analytics and social media metrics to inform marketing decisions
- Collaborate with our design team to create visually appealing marketing materials
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices
- Manage and optimize our email marketing campaigns
- Monitor and report on marketing metrics and KPIs
*Requirements:*
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Proven track record of success in digital marketing
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, social media, email marketing, and analytics
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, and social media management tools
*Nice to Have:*
- Experience with marketing automation platforms
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS
- Experience with video production and editing
- Certification in Google Analytics or HubSpot
