Havells
I can’t believe Havells provides such poor service. Our grievance officer is unable to resolve anything. Today I realized that LG and Samsung are far better brands when it comes to customer service — they never let their customers down.
My best suggestion: never purchase Havells products.
I understand all the protocols, but if a replacement product is not available, proper tagging and replace with new product,After this customer feel happy and not overloaded.
