Capturing someone's mind and making a great first impression in just few seconds is not a easy work. Now, imagine trying to do this without ever meeting them.
Sounds impossible, right?
Well, if you're a job seeker who can present resume that tells your "career story" in a short and snappy way /easy-to-follow way, it's actually very possible.

Which resume format is right for you?
Basically employers want to understand where candidates have learned, earned and contributed. To ensure your resume stands out there are few mandatory things which have to include in Resume. You may have confusion should I include objective, Education, skills, etc but here are simple things you should always include in your resume.·
Knowing that, your goal should be to include enough information using as few words as possible.
1) Contact information.
Candidates sometimes forget to include basic information, like their email address, or they bury it at bottom of the resume. "Include your name, phone number, email, and URL to your LinkedIn profile right at the top of the page,"
2 ) Career narrative.
"No matter if you are constructing a functional resume or a chronological resume, some kind of professional history is critical, But make sure you resume seems interesting
3) Education
Try to insert a Tabular column, with Course Studied , University, Graduation date, Percentage .Sometimes job seekers omit their graduation date on their resume. But by omitting the date, you may actually be calling more attention to the very issue you are trying to hide because employers may question why you chose to omit the graduation date. They may even assume that you are older than you actually are.
4 ) Accomplishments and achievements.
Employers need to know what you've done to contribute to the growth of your department, team, and company in order to determine if your strengths align with the needs and responsibilities of their company and the job opening,
5) Career Overview:
Be clear where you worked and where you are working. Mention clearly all the Details like company name ,Duration , Designation , Job Responsibilities in detail. It helps recruiter to understand your profile better and getting shortlist is easy.
6) Relevant URLs.
Depending on the field or position you're applying for, it may be useful to include links to your work (articles you've written, websites you've designed, photographs you've taken, etc.).
7) Keywords from the job posting.
The keywords you use matters a lot, especially important if the employer uses a resume scanning Page on system. So concentrate on the same
