10 General business steps & thought processes.
📌 Idea happens.
📌 People tell you idea is stupid, genius, it won't work, etc.
📌 Research idea, competitors, size of market, who, what, when, where, why, how.
📌 Come up with name, pricing, marketing strategy, sales strategy, business plan.
📌 Figure out how much money, time, staff, energy, it will take to make reality.
📌 DOUBLE everything you thought in #5
📌 Work harder on business plan, talking to people, preparing as if going to start.
📌 File for corporation, bank account, build basic website, social media, paperwork.
📌. SALES, EX*****ON, HARD WORK, PUT IN THE TIME.
📌 Decide whether to raise money, hire more people, expand, or continue as-is.
Moral of the Story: "Don't talk about it, be about it."
Make sure you have a secondary income if you're going to be an entrepreneur.
