The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting Technical Support Engineer to configure and troubleshoot hardware and network to resolve our customers' technical issues. You will support the Technical Support Engineer by acting as the liaison between the customer and other internal teams. Your ability to work in complex networking environment will also make you an ideal candidate.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Assist Technical Support Engineer to maintain and administer computer networks and related computing environments including systems software, applications software, hardware, and configurations.
Assist Technical Support Engineer for troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and other network.
Assist Technical Support Engineer for handling end-to-end networking.
Assist Technical Support Engineer for Domain control and trouble-shooting activities.
Assist Technical Support Engineer to handle installation of office automation systems.
Assist Technical Support Engineer to monitor the overall functioning of the computers of the employees & to periodically upgrade it.
Qualifications:
0-1 years' of technical support experience.
Customer service oriented.
Strong written and verbal and troubleshooting skills.
