Hi,
Best practices recommended to improving the overall life of the Smart Projector's:
Do’s
1. Please use supplied Power adapter to regulate the power supply and avoid sudden power fluctuation/cut out.
2. PROJECTOR should be kept under well ventilated space.
3. PROJECTOR should be kept away from dust and moisture.
4. Please keep the projector covered with dust proof covers/carry cases when not in use.
5. Please give enough time to cool down the LAMP before switching on the PROJECTOR just after a power off.
6. PROJECTOR should use under defined on/off cycles time: example : 3hours on / 15 minutes off
7. Please get PROJECTOR periodically services to remove dust which will help to keep ventilation holes open.
Don’ts
1. Please do not power off the Projector abruptly, always shut down the PROJECTOR properly
2. Please do not disassemble, change, drop, throw, jerk the PROJECTOR while it is working.
3. Please do not allow sprinkle water droplets on PROJECTOR. If case of any accident happens Pl shut off the power immediately and contact the Service Center, if needed.
4. Please do not clean the Lens Assembly with rough cloth or with cleaning liquids. This cause scratches in the Lens Assembly and the display get blur. Please wipe lenses with Lens tissues only for cleaning.
5. Please do not look straight at the projector lens during operation. The intense light beam may damage your eyes.
6. Please do not block the projection lens with any objects as this could cause the objects to become heated and deformed or even cause a fire.
7. Please do not block the ventilation holes.
- Do not place this projector on a blanket, bedding or any other soft surface.
- Do not cover this projector with a cloth or any other item.
- Do not place inflammables near the projector.
If the ventilation holes are seriously obstructed, overheating may cause damage to the projector.
8. Do not place this projector in any of the following environments.
- Space that is poorly ventilated or confined. Allow at least 5-10cm clearance from the surface walls/floor and free flow of air around the projector.
- Locations where temperatures may become excessively high, such as the inside of a car with all windows rolled up.
- Locations where excessive humidity, dust, or cigarette smoke may contaminate optical components,
shorten the PROJECTOR’s life span and darken the image
9. Don’t use the PROJECTOR in bad condition, such as highlight, high intensity magnetic field, and smudgy areas.
