As a consultant in the niche domain of equity compensation, it is very important for us to keep a tab on the practices being followed in the market. While we have assisted in more than 1000+ schemes, we are always keen on learning and understanding the Company’s perspective on these schemes and its outcome over the years. In the period of 22 years where we have existed, we have been conducting equity compensation surveys at regular intervals (bi-yearly) to get feedback from the stakeholders on the equity compensation schemes they have implemented. This help us understand the outcomes of various schemes and also navigate through the future expectations of such equity compensation plans.

We, at ESOP Direct , are elated to continue this trend through Equity Compensation Survey 2022. This is in continuation to our efforts to understand the market practices and sentiments around their Stock Option programs.
