Our founder and CEO, Sandeep Garud, spoke at "Preparing for the AI Era," a conclave for IT professionals organized by RSS IT Milan in association with MES Senior College, Pune.

He joined Santosh Kulkarni (AI and Technology Leader, EPAM Systems Alumnus, IIT Kanpur) and Amol Dhondse (CTO and Chief Architect, IBM) to talk about the AI driven shift in tech careers.

Key point from the discussion: as AI makes ex*****on abundant, it makes judgment scarce, and that is what becomes valuable now. Fresher hiring in Indian IT has dropped sharply, testing roles are shifting from writing test cases to deciding what is worth testing, and experience plus AI fluency now matters more than experience alone.

The real problem isn't always the final answer — it's the journey that produced it.

🔄 Not every AI agent loop looks the same. But they all lead to the same outcome: No progress.

When testing AI agents, it's important to recognize the three most common looping patterns:

🛠️ Tool Loop – The agent repeatedly calls the same tool, expecting a different outcome.
💬 Clarification Loop – The agent keeps asking for more information instead of making a safe decision or escalating.
🧠 Reasoning Loop – The agent keeps rethinking the same information without moving closer to a solution.
The common mistake? These loops often look productive—but they silently waste time, tokens, money, and user trust.
