What if something that harms our rivers could be turned into something useful?

This World Rivers Day, we are highlighting the work of Behere, founder of Innovations, who is working to remove water hyacinth, an invasive aquatic w**d, from our rivers and transform it into fibre and handmade textiles and products.

At Shro Systems, we were happy to support Laxmi with looms that will help her process the water hyacinth textile faster, while keeping the handmade nature of her products intact.

We are glad to have played a small part in helping this work move forward.

As a nod to our Founder Chairman’s Air Force legacy, we’ve given our workspaces a different identity—drawn from military terminology.

This one is called the Control Tower.
