We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Techno-Functional Trainer with a strong background in both implementation and support projects. The ideal candidate should have a passion for teaching, a deep understanding of Oracle Fusion HCM modules, and hands-on expertise in technical components like HDL, BIP, OTBI, and Fast Formula.
✅ Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality, offline training sessions on Core HR, Absence, Payroll, HDL, BIP, OTBI, Fast Formula, and other relevant modules.
Design and explain real-time project use cases and end-to-end business process flows.
Cover both functional and technical aspects, tailored to learners aiming to become Techno-Functional consultants.
Provide hands-on assignments, case studies, and scenario-based tasks to ensure real-world application of skills.
Conduct mock interviews, review resumes, and help learners prepare for job interviews.
Share training materials, session notes, and batch resources for learner reference.
Continuously evaluate learners' progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
