1. NVIDIA ( Investment)– Billionaires and the world’s top trillion and billion dollar companies are competing for NVIDIA's cutting-edge technology. Giants like Elon Musk, Larry Ellison, Mukesh Ambani and Mark Zuckerberg etc, as well as trillion-dollar corporations, all seek NVIDIA’s advanced chips and AI products like Blackwell and CUDA. With the AI boom, NVIDIA is positioned as a leader in tech and hardware. Stats – Insane demand, all their products are sold out until 2026.
2. Dubai Real Estate ( migration and investment) – Dubai’s property market has become a magnet for HNIs (High Net-Worth Individuals) and millionaires from 150+ countries. Master-planned communities by top developers like EMAAR, Nakheel, DAMAC, and Azizi often sell out within hours. Dubai offers significant potential for property investment and relocation, with demand for high-quality developments consistently rising. Stats – 70,000 HNI’s moved to Dubai in 2023 alone.
