A distributed network of sales agents and call center managers was facing a challenge. Manually evaluating and coaching agents could not scale across a large, growing team. Member data, call transcripts, and enterprise knowledge lived in disconnected systems, while service quality varied by agent.

For a B2B2C travel loyalty and technology company that powers white-label travel and rewards programs, Cybage developed an AI-Powered Agent and Manager Assist Platform for real-time coaching and scalable performance analytics.

The solution used scalable ingestion pipelines for call transcripts and enterprise knowledge base. This enabled graph- and vector-based contextual retrieval and role-aware prompt orchestration, delivering persona-specific responses and contextual insights.

Cybage enabled incremental AI adoption through a phased rollout from knowledge ingestion to production use cases. Secure, automated Azure deployment was implemented using Terraform and Azure Key Vault.

The result: six unified, context-aware capabilities across the workforce, improving productivity. Personalized AI experiences for agents and managers drove more relevant coaching and decision support. Real-time knowledge access reduced response time and improved answer consistency.
