A medical negligence is a civil action involving numerous plaintiffs against one or a few defendants in state or federal court. The lawsuits arise out of the defendants causing numerous injuries through the same or similar act of harm. Law firms sometimes use mass media to reach potential plaintiffs.

Rules of the work order:

All candidate need to be available online before 10 Min of shift

Delay consistently in login is subject to deduction.

Brake time delay is not accepted, max break will be 1hour which will be divided as 15min+30min+15min.

Abusive language on floor, on call would lead to deduction and penalties.

In case of agent is absent replacement need to plan for working hours by management of call center.

Company registration certificate with Pan Card.

Director Adharcard, Pancard,office address proof.

Account Details:- One Cancelled Cheque.

Investment :

1lakh non-refundable deposit ( as we are investing on data and dialer, cloud space we don’t want anyone to waste our data as the data has 70% of the lead info only 30% the agent has to get from the customer.)

or

3.5 lakh data cost + 50k voip minutes.

The data can be churned for 3 months until you get the leads.

VOIP minutes purchase will be once you use complete minutes.

Dailer will be from our side which will be cloud based.

To monitor closely the Loan data and other products as introduced by the company to home loan customers

To ensure proper customer profiling on each call / customer visit, to identify and understand his/her needs for loan products.

To build a relationship with the customer so that he/ she is able to cross sell other product offering basis the need of the customer, thereby managing the entire account of customer.
To be in sync and work together with the partner representatives
Understanding the joint ownership of the customer at the time of servicing etc.
To ensure timely renewal of the business sourced
To always be well groomed and his sales kit should be organized and complete
To maintain company first attitude and be respectful in attitude towards other fellow colleagues, seniors, partners etc.
