We are looking for a Non-IT Recruiter with hands-on experience hiring for BFSI roles across operations, sales, underwriting, risk, wealth management, claims, and other business functions.

📌 Key Responsibilities:
• Handle end-to-end recruitment for BFSI non-IT positions
• Source candidates through job portals, referrals & networking
• Coordinate with hiring managers on requirements & market insights
• Manage offer negotiations, onboarding & background verification
• Ensure hiring compliance and achieve TAT targets

✅ Requirements:
• 2+ years of BFSI recruitment experience (Non-IT roles)
• Knowledge of ATS, sourcing tools & MS Excel
• Strong communication & stakeholder management skills
