High level role summary
BA Role:
WPB T&I Business Analysts (BA) are key change agents for implementation of WPB strategy and collaborate with Business, IT, Digital and other cross functional stakeholders across a wide spectrum of engagements (Product, Digital, Data/messaging, Regulatory compliance, Fraud, Process re-engineering, Platforms/Core banking etc.). The BA role-holder is:
· Responsible to engage with Product Management, Business SMEs and Product Owners for end to end requirement gathering, management, prioritization, traceability and testing.
· Responsible for supporting design of a customer centric solutions and unified change experience thus ensuring benefits realisation.
· Responsible for change management planning support, audience analysis, designing/delivering change interventions, ensuring change readiness, adoption etc.
· Responsible for supporting Implementation planning, controlling and reporting along with readiness and pilots.
PM Role:
• Works closely with Business/Product team in shaping and delivery of initiatives from Idea to Commercialization
• Responsible for End to End Delivery Management including Change Management activities and NFR Management, partnering with technology and Service delivery teams.
• Responsible for Program roadmap development and helping the team focus on creating increments of value at each program iteration.
• Responsible for setting the governance process and ensuring that all team events take place, are productive and kept within the timebox.
• Helping team address internal/external dependencies and blockers for team progress.
• Ensures positive engagement of program stakeholders through effective communication planning.
• Coaching Agile Teams in self-management
The location for hire is either Hyderabad or Bangalore. Right now lets not restrict ourselves on the salary base but limit it to 30 Lakhs as much as possible. When you share the profile you need to share the information in the below format.
