We are from Outsurg Health startup working on solving a healthcare problem and want to create an impact.
Basically, Outsurg is creating an on-demand operation theatre booking platform where doctors can book any hospital’s operation theatre through mobile/web.
Need
In the current scenario, Indian healthcare is extensive and enormous in scale but unorganized in nature.
The complexity of the Indian Health sector is resulting in rising surgical costs. It becomes unaffordable for middle-class patients to avail medical treatment.
Doctors are also facing the challenges of inadequate infrastructure equipped with state-of-the-art technologies for conducting their surgeries. They have to collaborate with big hospitals and pay substantial charges for using their operation theatres. Allotment of such common infrastructures is still not sufficiently convenient for the doctors. it is a very painful problem. They are not able to get operation theatre on time for conducting a patient's surgery
Solution
It necessitates the technology platform which can bridge together all stakeholders- Doctors, patients, and surgical infrastructure.
