Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated SDR to join our sales team. The ideal candidates will have 6 months to 2 years of experience in sales, with a preference for those who have worked in B2B sales. Experience in technical or IT sales, specifically with AWS, will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound calling and other marketing channels.
- Schedule appointments and demo for our sales team with potential clients.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking and relationship building.
- Maintain accurate records of all activities in our CRM system.
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly appointment and sales targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies and improve lead generation processes.
- Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up with potential clients.
- Stay updated with QuickInfra’s solutions, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
Qualifications:
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in sales, with B2B sales experience preferred.
- Experience in technical or IT sales, particularly with AWS, is an added advantage.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
