Candidate skills required:
Call support
Good command over English.
Decent in communication
Soft spoken
Patience in handling cases on call.
Command over typing speed.
Good in grammar and typing skills.
Minimum typing speed 35+ words per minute preferred.
Rules of the work order:
All candidate need to be available online before 10 Min of shift
Delay consistently in login is subject to deduction.
Brake time delay is not accepted, max break will be 1hour which will be divided as 15min+30min+15min.
Abusive language on floor, on call would lead to deduction and penalties.
In case of agent is absent replacement need to plan for working hours by management of call center.
Documents Required:
Company registration certificate with Pan Card.
Director Adharcard, Pancard,office address proof.
Account Details:- One Cancelled Cheque.
Investment :
1lakh non-refundable deposit ( as we are investing on data and dialer, cloud space we don’t want anyone to waste our data as the data has 70% of the lead info only 30% the agent has to get from the customer.)

3.5 lakh data cost + 50k voip minutes.
The data can be churned for 3 months until you get the leads.
VOIP minutes purchase will be once you use complete minutes.
Dailer will be from our side which will be cloud based.
