The Objective:
As a Business Development Sales Associate, you will educate & upsell services to individuals who call in after checking our advertisement (Email, SMS, Banner etc).
Interface with customers via Inbound or Outbound calls or the Internet for the purpose of passively (i.e.; order taking) or actively selling business packages/products and services to the customers.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Reach out to real time leads or receive inbound calls of individuals (20-40 calls daily) and educate & upsell them our services.
- Handle both inbound/outbound.
- Drive new customers and revenue for the company by closing the sale over the phone.
- Document all activities.
- Provide exemplary customer service.
- Meet and exceed sales quotas consistent.
- Greet clients in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed-upon procedures.
- Conduct needs-based selling by using non-scripted probing techniques to determine business needs and to offer the most appropriate product or service to address their needs.
The Competencies and Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in international voice (sales campaign).
- Excellent communication skills and a FEARLESS phone presence is strongly desired
- Tenacity - The ability to overcome objections and maintain an unrelenting desire to succeed
- Prior success in achieving a monthly/quarterly sales goals
- Possess a positive attitude and a strong desire to achieve top results
- Graduation degree is preferred but not required
- USA Shift (8.30pm to 5.30pm IST)
- No Cab for 1st Month.
- Saturday & Fixed Sunday OFF.
- Salary no bar to a deserving candidate.
