Yesterday, AB Software Solution Company held its annual meeting to discuss the achievements of the past year and set targets🎯 for each department for the upcoming years. The meeting focused on devising strategies📊💹 to achieve these goals and emphasized the importance of promptly identifying and addressing small issues that arise during daily operations. The team shared their experiences of working at the company, and the directors listened carefully, ensuring that solutions were provided for any problems encountered.
In addition, we also had a training session on the practical applications of psychology in team work. The session was conducted by the renowned psychologist Rasika Agalave🫡, who provided us with valuable insights and tools to use psychology effectively in a team setting. The training was comprehensive and informative, and we greatly benefited from Rasika's expertise in the field.
The meeting took place at Hotel Shantai by Lake Resort🛋, and we also visited our clients in the banking and hotel sectors in Chiplun to understand their requirements better.❄
