Essentials:
-1-6 years of relevant experience from preferably enterprise support background.
-Should have experience in configuration and troubleshooting high-end networks
-The ideal candidate will be an Engineer, who is a self-starter, with excellent interpersonal, communication, documentation, problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
-Quality focus, result & goal orientation in a group situation and commitment to customer delight are a must.
-Sound fundamentals and in-depth knowledge of Networking Concepts.
-Should be flexible to work in international time zones.
Job Description :
-Troubleshooting devices on firewall filters, High Availability, IPSec VPN, NAT, Routing Protocols
-Provides administrative support to technical staff.
-IP-Sec VPN, Remote User VPN (TLS Based).
-NAT (Source translation, destination translation and hairpin).
-Configuring security policies, DDOS policies, PBF policies and Application override policies.
-Monitoring/analyzing traffic, threat, URL logs.
-Configuring routing on firewall that includes OSPF and BGP mainly.
-Configuring threat prevention, anti-virus protection and URL filtering on firewall.
-Firewall OS upgrades, high availability maintenance and performing box health checks.
-Implementing User-ID feature where in access can be given based on user names.
-Server profile configurations including LDAP, Radius, SNMP etc. These are configured to give users certain access based on these profiles.
