Urgently required "Customer Service Manager" for Chennai for an MNC (Centrifugal Pumps - API 610 Standard).
Experience: 7 to 11 Years.
Location: Chennai.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Respond to customer queries/ clarifications via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
2. Resolve customer complaints effectively and escalate issues when required.
3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and warranty details.
4. Provide product/service information and guidance to customers.
5. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
6. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and closure of cases.
7. Meet service quality standards and performance targets.
