Job Title: Business Development Manager – Freelancing Platforms (Upwork & Fiverr)
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager who has a strong background in handling projects on Upwork, Fiverr, and other freelancing websites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, securing projects, maintaining client relationships, and driving business growth on freelancing platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and optimize profiles on Upwork, Fiverr, and other freelancing platforms to attract potential clients.
Identify and bid on relevant projects with a high success rate.
Develop customized proposals and pitches for potential clients.
Maintain communication with existing clients and ensure excellent service delivery.
Negotiate project terms, pricing, and contracts with clients.
Develop strategies to increase sales and revenue through freelancing platforms.
Track performance metrics and optimize strategies to improve success rates.
Stay updated on platform policies, trends, and best practices.
Requirements:
Proven experience in securing projects through Upwork, Fiverr, and similar platforms.
Strong understanding of bidding strategies, client communication, and freelancing best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong negotiation and client relationship management skills.
Knowledge of digital marketing, web development, graphic design, or related services is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience handling agency accounts on freelancing platforms.
Prior success in achieving high conversion rates from bidding.
Familiarity with automation tools for lead generation on Upwork and Fiverr.
Salary: Negotiable (Based on experience and performance)
