ਸਰਹੱਦੀ ਇਲਾਕਿਆਂ ਵਿਚੋਂ ਵਾਰ-ਵਾਰ ਉੱਠਣ ਵਾਲਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਪੈਕਜ ਜਾਂ ਹੋਰ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਸਹੂਲਤਾਂ ਦੇਣ ਦੀ ਲੋੜ ਹੈ। ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਦੁਖੀ ਇਹ ਲੋਕ ਹਨ। ਹੜ੍ਹ ਹੋਣ ਜਾਂ ਹਾਲਾਤ , ਸਮਾਨ ਮੋਢਿਆਂ 'ਤੇ !!!!
