Very bad experience on Open box delivery case.
I had ordered Fossil Flynn Analog Watch - For Men BQ1126 from Flipkart on dated: 29.09.2024 and received the product on dated: 02.10.2024. I didn't like the watch because the dial size was too big for my wrist, so I made a return request as the product has a 10 days return policy from flipkart. On 03.10.2024 a courier boy from flipkart came to my residence and while picking up he found that the product is the same which I ordered but the style code on the box is not matching. Their style code is written as BQ1126IE instead of BQ1126. He asked me to create a new return request by calling customer care of flipkart and asked them arrange pickup without checking the style code. From then I daily made a return request in the morning but daily my return got rejected in the evening and no courier boy came after 03.10.2024. I had already made a return request 13 times before for this product but all got rejected.
Fossil customer care says BQ1126IE and BQ1126 are code of same product. But Flipkart denies to take the product back and saying its not same. Rejection reason says the product is Open box delivery. As in Open box delivery cases we don't return products.
It's flipkart's seller's mistake not mine. As it is likely a fraud.
Flipkart is doing fraud with the public like this way. They are making foul of people.
