Dr. Herman Konings
Herman Konings has a PhD degree in theoretical (and consumer) psychology (cum laude) and is founder of Belgian trend and future research agency Pocket Marketing/nXt. As a renowned Belgian and European trendwatcher Herman is sought after as a speaker by companies and organizations throughout Europe. In addition, his insights have been featured in European media since 1999.
Dr. Konings graduated cm laude with a degree in a Theoretical Psychology PhD degree from the Catholic University of Louvain (KU Leuven). In 1991 he initiated 'Pocket Marketing', a consulting and research agency on consumer psychology. He started focussing on society trends and began delivering presentations and seminars. After a couple of years it resulted in 'nXt' a think tank and 'guess imitating' house for trends and forecasting. Konings is also co-founder of 'Opus X', a think tank that is focussing on the future trends.
