Being at India Energy Week 2026 in Goa was a reminder that India’s energy story is entering a far more decisive phase.

This was not just an exhibition. It was a convergence of governments, global majors and institutional leaders shaping what comes next. From hydrogen and renewables to storage, AI integration and transition strategy, the conversations were serious, forward-looking and commercially grounded.
What stood out most was the quality of engagement between Indian enterprises and foreign delegations. Real dialogue. Real opportunity. Real intent.

India is no longer speaking about potential. We are building, partnering and scaling with confidence. Hosting an event of this magnitude in Goa also reflects how regional ecosystems are becoming part of the national growth narrative. Energy is no longer just about supply. It is about security, sustainability, technology and global positioning.

Proud to witness it. Even more motivated to contribute to it.

Reimagining a 140-year Goan legacy is never just about design.

Established in 1886, Costas stands among Goa’s most respected heritage food brands.

Appointed by the Government of Goa to represent the state at Global Energy Week 2026 (27–30jan ), Costas was selected to showcase its legacy to an international and PAN India delegation as well, at ONGC Ati Goa, Betul. ( the goan shack zone)

In under 48 hours, the SOIDEMER team visualized a 3D, conceptualized and executed the brand’s presence at the allotted stall space, working seamlessly alongside both teams to honour its heritage while presenting it with renewed clarity and relevance.

The result was a high impact showcase that welcomed and engaged multiple foreign and pan India delegations across the four-day global event.

Good conversations about branding do not happen when things are comfortable.
They happen when things are on fire.

Last week, I had the privilege of judging Ascend 2.0 – The Corporate Renaissance, an inter-college, inter-state management event at VVM’s Shree Damodar College of Commerce & Economics.
The round put participants in the middle of a live brand crisis. Incomplete information. Public pressure. Legal risk. Stakeholders demanding answers.

What impressed me most was not the jargon or the slides.
It was how many teams understood one simple truth:

A brand is not what you say when everything is going right.
A brand is what you do when trust is questioned.

Watching young leaders think through tone, timing, ethics, and accountability reminded me why branding is ultimately a leadership function, not a marketing one. Transparency without panic. Speed without recklessness. Calm without silence.

These simulations matter. Because real businesses do not get the luxury of pause buttons. Decisions are made in noise, not clarity.

My respect to the students who stepped into discomfort and handled it with maturity, and to the faculty and organizers for designing scenarios that reflect the real world, not textbook comfort zones.

The next generation is not short of ideas.
What will set them apart is judgement.

Always good to contribute where thinking meets responsibility.

Nestled in the serene landscapes of Betalbatim, South Goa, Goa Villagio Resort needed a brochure that truly reflected its charm. Our team meticulously curated this elegant piece, ensuring every detail captured the essence of this tranquil retreat.

🖋️ Thoughtfully written content to showcase the resort’s offerings to Indian and international travel agencies.
📸 Striking in-house photography, capturing the resort’s warmth and tropical elegance.
🎨 A refined design aesthetic with artistic sketches that transport you straight to Goa’s coastal serenity.

This project wasn’t just about creating a brochure—it was about crafting an experience, a visual and narrative journey that invites travellers to escape to this Goan paradise. 🌊🌴

Back in 2012-2013, this captivating hoarding graced the roads from Margao to colva beach in Goa, bringing the flavours of Longuinhos to life! From mouthwatering food styling to crisp in-house studio photography, every detail was meticulously crafted by our team to deliver a clean, aesthetic finish. ✨

This project wasn't just about visuals—it was about evoking an experience, a melody of fine dining, live music, and seaside indulgence. 🎶🥂

Proud to have been part of this journey, creating a concept that stayed memorable for months!

It was an honour for SOIDEMER to be part of this journey, contributing to the store’s design completion and ensuring that the vision of curated luxury came to life. A project filled with challenges, but the outcome? A stunning retail space that truly celebrates craftsmanship, heritage, and impeccable taste.

At Fr. Agnel Institute of Food Craft and Culinary Sciences Goa, SOIDEMER has brought a fresh, inviting transformation to their lobby, creating a space that connects visitors, parents and students with the rich history and prestige of the institution.

While we are not architects, civil engineers, or interior designers, our approach is rooted in understanding the institute’s legacy and goodwill it holds.

Through close collaboration with architects, institute leadership, and the MEP team, we crafted an experience that extends beyond aesthetics, creating a welcoming environment that tells a story worth exploring.

The new lobby design serves as an interactive narrative, where parents, visitors, faculties and students alike can feel assured of the institute’s dedication to quality education. We designed this transformation with an eye toward the institute's reputation and legacy, enhancing brand perception by showcasing its history and evolution in an appealing format. By carefully aligning design choices with the brand’s values, we’ve turned the lobby into a space that reflects trust and legacy, inviting visitors to sit back, relax, and explore the journey of Fr. Agnel.

For those familiar with the previous setup ( refer images before and after ( self explanatory ) , the change is stark yet harmonious, moving from a basic reception area to a dynamic space that breathes life into the institute’s story. This approach reinforces the sense of belonging and pride for both students and their families, bridging the past and present in a way that resonates emotionally.

At Patisserie Victoria, we envisioned a concept that not only reflects their values but also has the potential for replication across multiple locations in Goa. While we don’t take credit for the architectural or interior design details, however the long-term vision and brand alignment are where SOIDEMER and our team excel. This transformation is a testament to our dedication to building spaces that tell a story, embodying the brand's essence and inviting patrons to immerse themselves in the experience.

We're thrilled to showcase the stunning transformation of Patisserie Victoria, where SOIDEMER brought a fresh, elegant, and inviting look to their retail front! From a simple facade to an immersive experience, every detail was crafted to mirror the charm and warmth of a true French Patisserie.

Before & After Magic:
The previous storefront was quaint, but our team envisioned a complete overhaul that would captivate patrons and set a new standard for bakery aesthetics in the area.

A Modern Parisian Vibe:
Drawing inspiration from Parisian elegance, the new interior boasts soft lighting, tasteful greenery, and an open design that invites customers to indulge in the artisanal offerings. The brand now has a space that speaks volumes about its premium quality and attention to detail.

Increased Foot Traffic & Customer Engagement:
The revamped design not only enhances the visual appeal but has also sparked curiosity and excitement in the community. The ambient lighting, curated displays, and spacious layout create an inviting atmosphere that encourages longer visits and meaningful brand interaction.
