Job Description:-
Execute short plus long term strategic plans to assure infrastructure capacity attains current and future needs.
Work with IT Strategy for implementation of IT network, security tools, polices
Execute and oversee procedures, policies and related training plans for infrastructure administration.
Supervise data centre group and lead, direct and utilize knowledge on best practices in area related to infrastructure.
Support defining and manage IT Disaster Recovery Strategy for organization.
Manage and ensure compliance for information security standards like ISO 27001, GDPR
Define software and hardware standards in collaboration with stakeholders and owners.
Test server performance plus provide network presentation statistics.
Report and prepare strategies to maintain server infrastructure.
Ensure apt security levels on network, infrastructure and servers are maintained.
Ensure to practice IT asset management inclusive of component inventory maintenance and associated documentation.
Negotiate with outsourcers, vendors and contractors for infrastructure-specific products and services.
Manage interactions and coordination with customer, customer’s IT teams;
Manage IT service Desk and IT Operations
Technical Expertise:-
· Servers, Storage management:- Level 3
· Dialer, PBX and telecommunication; voice and data communication protocols;
· Network and Security:-Level 2
· IT Operations management:-Level 3
Other skills
· Excellent communication skills.
· Customer relationship management;
· Team management and Good knowledge of IT Service Desk process
· ITIL and 27001 certified(preferable)
