𝗚𝗼𝗼𝗻𝗷 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗗𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗮𝘁 𝗗𝗲𝗸𝗶 𝗘𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗰𝘀

We are proud to share that Deki Electronics successfully conducted a 𝗚𝗼𝗼𝗻𝗷 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗗𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗲 aimed at supporting underprivileged communities. The drive focused on the responsible reuse of clothes and essential household items, and our employees from all departments came together to contribute generously.

In total, we collected 𝟮𝟯𝟭 𝗸𝗴 of usable clothes and household items, which were carefully sorted and packed before being delivered to 𝗚𝗼𝗼𝗻𝗷’s Sarita Vihar center in Delhi on 𝗡𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟳𝘁𝗵, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱.

This initiative reflects our ongoing commitment to 𝘀𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 and 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝘄𝗲𝗹𝗳𝗮𝗿𝗲. It also highlights the strong culture of 𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗵𝘆, 𝘀𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆, and 𝗴𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗲𝘁𝘆 that thrives at Deki Electronics.

Team Deki celebrated its 𝗔𝗻𝗻𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗙𝘂𝗻𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗗𝗲𝗲𝗽𝗮𝘄𝗮𝗹𝗶 𝗖𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗯𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 with great enthusiasm on 𝟭𝟳𝘁𝗵 𝗢𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱. The event featured three segments – 𝗖𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝘀, 𝗥𝗲𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱𝘀 & 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗴𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, and 𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗲𝘀 𝗯𝘆 𝗦𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁.

𝗠𝗿. 𝗣𝗮𝗻𝘁, 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗱 – 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 & 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀, shared 𝘋𝘦𝘬𝘪’𝘴 𝘫𝘰𝘶𝘳𝘯𝘦𝘺 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘧𝘶𝘵𝘶𝘳𝘦 𝘱𝘭𝘢𝘯𝘴, while 𝗠𝗿. 𝗝𝗼𝗵𝗻 highlighted the 𝘢𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘴 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘳𝘰𝘢𝘥𝘮𝘢𝘱 𝘰𝘧 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘚𝘶𝘳𝘦 𝘚𝘰𝘭𝘶𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘴 𝘣𝘶𝘴𝘪𝘯𝘦𝘴𝘴. 𝗩𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁, 𝗠𝗿. 𝗣. 𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗸𝗲𝗿 𝗥𝗮𝗷, greeted all employees and encouraged them to remain focused and dedicated towards their responsibilities.

𝗖𝗘𝗢, 𝗠𝗿. 𝗩𝗶𝗻𝗼𝗱 𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗺𝗮, appreciated the efforts of employees in bringing Deki to its current level of success and applauded the cultural performances. He emphasized the importance of the Suggestion Scheme, announcing that Deki has implemented over 𝟳𝟱,𝟬𝟬𝟬 𝘀𝘂𝗴𝗴𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 so far, and will celebrate upon reaching 𝟭,𝟬𝟬,𝟬𝟬𝟬 𝘀𝘂𝗴𝗴𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀.

The event was 𝘀𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗼𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘇𝗲𝗱 𝗯𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗛𝗥 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗼𝗳 𝗛𝗥 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗱, 𝗠𝗿. 𝗥𝗮𝗷𝗲𝘀𝗵 𝗠𝗮𝘂𝗿𝘆𝗮, ensuring excellent coordination and active participation. The celebration concluded with a delightful buffet dinner, making the evening memorable for all.

Deki Electronics Ltd organized its 𝟯𝗿𝗱 𝗔𝗹𝘂𝗺𝗻𝗶 𝗠𝗲𝗲𝘁 𝗼𝗻 𝟭𝟭𝘁𝗵 𝗢𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱, bringing together former and current Deki members to celebrate decades of shared growth, collaboration and achievements.

𝗖𝗘𝗢 𝗠𝗿. Vinod Sharma expressed his heartfelt gratitude to all alumni members for their continued association with Deki. He highlighted that today, Deki enjoys a strong reputation in capacitor manufacturing and has made excellent progress in its Sure Solutions division — achievements made possible by the dedication and contributions of its people, including alumni who have each played their part in Deki’s success story.

𝗠𝗿. 𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗺𝗮 shared that he is able to contribute time to various industry associations because of the strong and capable team at Deki. He emphasized the importance of contributing to national progress through industry collaboration. Referring to the changing geopolitical environment, he highlighted the need for continued government support to industries in such dynamic times and appreciated initiatives like PLI, ELI, and various state-level schemes that have strengthened India’s manufacturing competitiveness.

Quoting 𝗕𝘂𝗱𝗱𝗵𝗶𝘀𝘁 𝗽𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗼𝘀𝗼𝗽𝗵𝘆, he remarked, “𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗹𝗱 𝗶𝘀 𝗯𝗶𝗴𝗴𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝗺𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗜 𝗮𝗺 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗲 — 𝘀𝗼 𝘄𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗲𝗱.”

𝗠𝗿. 𝗔𝗻𝗶𝗹 𝗕𝗮𝗹𝗶, an IIT alumnus who earlier served Deki as Vice President and now serves as an Independent Director, shared his inspiring journey — from working with Philips to meeting Mr. Vinod Sharma at ELCINA and joining Deki in 1998.

𝗠𝗿. 𝗣. 𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗸𝗲𝗿 𝗥𝗮𝗷, Vice President, fondly recalled his experiences with the alumni, while 𝗠𝗿. 𝗥. 𝗣. 𝗣𝗮𝗻𝘁, Senior General Manager – Marketing, presented Deki’s remarkable 𝟰𝟬-𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗷𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗲𝘆 and its roadmap for the future.

Several alumni members who could not attend the meet shared their 𝘃𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗼 𝗺𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗮𝗴𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗺 𝘄𝗶𝘀𝗵𝗲𝘀, expressing their pride in being part of Deki’s legacy and their happiness in witnessing its continued growth and success.
