Roles and Responsibilities
Handling full Cycle of Recruitment from Requirement Understanding to Sourcing, Screening and line-up interview with Hiring Manager.
Make use of effective resourcing strategies, such as headhunting, Internet sourcing, networking, employee referrals.
· Identify candidates with the right skills to match the clients' requirements.
Sourcing potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms like Naukri, Freshers world, Monster, LinkedIn)
Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)
Ability to demonstrate Full Recruitment Life Cycle (Rate/Salary Negotiations, candidate submission, follow-up, Interview & on Boarding etc.).
Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events.
Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers.
Must have fluent communication, negotiation, convincing and client servicing skills.
Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast paced environment.
Need to have experience in end to end recruitment.
