𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞: Senior Java Lead with Angular and AWS

We are seeking a highly motivated Lead Java Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key role in leading the development of complex web applications using Java and Angular for front end and deploying the applications on AWS.

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
- Lead the development team in designing, developing, and deploying robust and scalable applications using Java and Angular.
- Architect and implement microservices using Java Spring Framework and related technologies.
- Design and develop responsive and user-friendly interfaces utilizing Angular and TypeScript.
- Collaborate with backend developers, architects, and designers to ensure seamless integration across all layers of the application.
- Champion best practices and ensure code quality through code reviews, adherence to coding standards, and mentorship of junior developers.
- Implement and maintain unit and integration tests to ensure application robustness.
- Identify and address performance bottlenecks and optimize applications for speed and scalability.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to your team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, DevOps, Product Managers) to deliver exceptional software solutions.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the development team.
- Document code, APIs, and system architecture for future maintainability.

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree a plus).
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Java development.
- Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Framework, and related technologies.
- Experience with Angular and TypeScript.
- Solid understanding of web services (RESTful APIs) and microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with AWS cloud services and related deployment tools and frameworks.
- Experience with databases (SQL) and ORM frameworks (e.g., Hibernate).
- Experience with build tools (e.g., Maven or Gradle) and version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze complex problems and implement effective solutions.
