1996
Opened another office in Daryaganj, New Delhi- hub of booksellers

1999
Opened first branch in Kolkata on 5th January, 1999

Established sistern concern- Balani Infotech in technical collaboration with iGroup, Hong Kong

2002
Opened second branch office in Bangalore on 1st December, 2002

Opened Associate Office- Bombay Books in Mumbai

2006
Opened Associate Office- Kushal Books in Ahmedabad

Expanded the office in Lajpat Nagar, Delhi to adjacent building; Established iGroup Infotech India on 7th Aug, 2007
