Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Developer, located in Noida. The Business Developer will be responsible for lead generation, conducting market research, building and maintaining client relationships, analyzing business opportunities, and promoting the company’s services. Additional responsibilities include developing strategies to drive business growth while aligning with company objectives and maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Strong Analytical Skills, with the ability to evaluate data and inform decision-making
Excellent Communication skills to build and maintain professional relationships
Proven experience in Lead Generation and Market Research
Strong focus on Customer Service to ensure client satisfaction
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently to achieve goals
Prior experience in sales, business development, or a related field is advantageous
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
