A journey worth sharing! 💚
Intellisoft Technologies' founders, Rajiv Agarwal and Nihar Rout, along with NAYASA’s co-founders, Kanna Siripurapu, Siddhartha Mandava, and Arnav Agarwal, are back from the Yatra.
The first stop was Madman’s Farms, where the team got a chance to meet Shashi Bhushan, the farm owner.
He said, "The farm’s name stands for the path less travelled, for mavericks and free spirits, for those who’ve had the courage to walk out of the rat race."
Despite the challenges of sustaining solely on agri-produce, Shashi and his team are doing some incredible work, growing trees, rearing animals, and finding ways to live in harmony with nature.

Next up was a meet-up with farmer Nilesh Kakad in Akola, MP. Our team is collaborating with him to develop an innovative model to convert two acres of land into a sustainable agriculture farm.
will back Nilesh for three years on a cost-plus model.
It's inspiring to see how technology and innovation can support small farmers in creating livelihoods.
Day 6 of the Beejogaman Yatra proved to be very fruitful and productive, as team NAYASA was able to meet and discuss with the team in Daulatabad.
The main agenda of the meeting was to finalize approaches to combine WASSAN's ground reach with NAYASA's to make a greater impact.

We also got the opportunity to visit the remarkable Aranya Permaculture Farm in Telangana, Hyderabad.
This inspiring farm is a testament to the power of sustainable agriculture and regenerative approaches. It went from wasteland to a thriving forest in less than 20 years due to the endless efforts, dedication, and strong advocacy of Mr. Narsanna Koppula and his team.
Aranya Agricultural Alternatives’ goal is to “promote alternative and permanent agriculture practices with a focus on sustainable and natural resource management.”

The NAYASA team’s last destination was Melghat, Maharashtra, where they met with Prafulla, the first and only PhD scholar from the Nanda Gaoli community (a semi-pastoralist tribal community of Maharashtra).
NAYASA is planning to collaborate with Prafulla in his excellent work to raise local income by making the supply chain of Lori (homemade organic butter from the milk of pasture-fed cows) production available on a public ledger.
The Beejogaman Yatra was a beautiful reminder that sustainable agriculture is not just about farming practices but also about cultivating a way of life that honours our connection to nature.
The team returned home with memories, inspiration, and a renewed dedication towards creating a greener !!
