A DC link capacitor might pass validation.

Deki Electronics Ltd successfully conducted a 𝗣𝗢𝗦𝗛 (𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗦𝗲𝘅𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗛𝗮𝗿𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁) 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗦𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 on 𝟱𝘁𝗵 𝗠𝗮𝘆 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, reinforcing its commitment to a safe, respectful, and inclusive workplace.

The session was led by external POSH expert 𝗔𝗱𝘃. 𝗗𝗲𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗶 𝗣𝗮𝗻𝘁, who delivered an engaging and insightful discussion on legal provisions, compliance requirements, and real-life scenarios. Her practical approach helped employees better understand not just the law, but also the everyday behaviors that contribute to a positive work environment.

The program was warmly welcomed by the Internal Committee members — 𝗠𝗿𝘀. 𝗥𝗮𝗱𝗵𝗮 𝗦𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗵 (𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗱 – 𝗣𝗣𝗖), 𝗠𝗿𝘀. 𝗦𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗲𝘁𝗮 (𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗱 – 𝗣𝘂𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗮𝘀𝗲), 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗠𝘀. 𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗶𝗹𝗷𝗮 𝗬𝗮𝗱𝗮𝘃 (𝗦𝗿. 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 – 𝗛𝗥), who also shared their perspectives on fostering workplace dignity and trust.

🌱 𝗚𝗼𝗼𝗻𝗷 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗗𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗮𝘁 𝗗𝗲𝗸𝗶 𝗘𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗰𝘀

Deki Electronics successfully conducted a GOONJ Collection Drive aimed at supporting underprivileged communities through the responsible reuse of clothes and essential household items. As part of this initiative, employees from across the organization enthusiastically participated and contributed generously.

Through this collective effort, a total of 𝟮𝟯𝟭 𝗸𝗴 𝗼𝗳 𝘂𝘀𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗰𝗹𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗲𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗱 𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗺𝘀 were collected. The items were carefully sorted and packed before being handed over to Goonj at their Sarita Vihar, Delhi centre on 7th November.

This initiative reflects Deki’s ongoing commitment to 𝘀𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝘄𝗲𝗹𝗳𝗮𝗿𝗲. The active involvement of employees demonstrates a strong culture of empathy, sustainability and giving back to society.
