One extract from upcoming book👇👇👇

One SSB aspirants asked me the response of a SRT when on Sunday I met some defense aspirants of NCC.I told him to give me his response first and then I would tell my response to that SRT.The SRT was👇😁

1) He was crossing a river in a small boat, suddenly the boat developed a small hole.

SSB CRACK वाले भैया ka response😁😁-👉 he would continue in the boat till it was safe, then he would jump down from the boat and start swimming to reach the bank.

(You can refer it in example set no. 2 first SRT in book Let's crack -SSB by SSB crack)

My view on this👆😁

SSB crack वाले अंकल,I don't know who is the writer behind your book but whoever has written such a response must have first learnt some terms and conditions of SRTs.You have written the book for the defense aspirants and if someone copy these responses of your SRTs which no doubt many SSB aspirants do,if they will respond like this in future tense...then those SRTs responses are completely wrong without even concerning what matter has been written.

फिर क्या लिखा आपने फर्क न पड़ता, कैसे लिखना है ये सीखना चाहिए पहले।।।
For eg. किसी लड़की को I love you मत बोलो फर्स्ट love करना सीखो..(अब ये मत कहना love के लिए भी तो लड़की चाहिए भैया घरवालों को कर लो पहले और दोस्तों को।।)

Keeping Jokes apart, my dear SSB aspirants,you need to write the responses of SRTs in Simple past tense and I will justify my point with logic.There will be many logics that you will read in my upcoming book. First when you say "I will" its an incomplete starting itself because we all know that future is uncertain..there is no confirmation that you would do it or not. If you write in past tense it means you have done or fully completed that task. Its not necessary that वो आपके साथ हुवा होगा, its just a situation- अगर हुवा होता आप क्या करते।। It isn't actually happening and you need to do it isn't the motto.

SRT responses are not best or worst but they can be partially wrong or right.You have to write some practical reasons or justified by some logics.Point is some qualities will automatically emerge from your responses.Don't try to forcefully write the qualities.

In this above SRT, its not even partially right because you know the objective- is to cross the river and obstacle is the small hole in your boat by which water is coming inside.
My dear friends,without cutting or blocking the obstacle how can you reach to the destination??

You can't surpass the situation,you have to face it and if water is coming in your boat then the first practical thing you will do is to block the hole and go towards the bank.One example is आपको कोई लड़की अच्छी लगती है और आप उसको kiss करना चाहते हो।। So what will you do? Its just simple.. You just propose that girl and then their is the chance that kiss will happen. Same thing is here too- you want to cross the river and hole is there,so you block the hole then your boat will help you to cross the river.Its not like that you will go and grab the girl and kiss her ,you better know then what the result will be और कितना किस्वा कर लोगे भैया 😁

So same thing apply in this SRT as well.Without blocking the hole, moving yourself towatds the bank is useless.कितना चले जाओगे भैया!!
So its better to block and go smoothly.
Moreover if Interviewing officer asks this SRT- then he will block your answer in many ways to counter your response without any logics because he want you to tell him some logics.!

One more view👇
SSB wants that when you respond,you should bring out some qualities in your response.So here in SSB crack responses, the quality which emerged is half courage and not even full courage..full होता तो you would have faced that situation but you are escaping from there.
Escaping type personality is जिसकी फट जाती है कुछ मुश्किल आने पर, और क्या फट जाती है, you better know it😝😝

If you will write this way👇

Response- first thing should be spontaneous response, you blocked hole, (by cloth, foot or any available resources (you can write it or not upto you just giving you example here)

👉 Blocked hole, carried boat to bank, reached and got it repaired.

See👆👆😁 its as simple as tha and ypu can easily see the difference in selection of words.If you write lengthy responses you won't be able to complete 60 SRTs and you know it that the more you do more benefit you have (provided they are quality based) and qualities which emerge out in this SRT is effective intelligence, reasoning ability, organizing ability, speed of decision making, liveliness and last but not the least courage too..

So my point is by a single SRT you can project your many OLQs. So my dear SSB aspirants,I will not ask you not to read these kind of books !! Its your choice.I would like to say if you read them then read some retired officers book at least and not of those civilians who don't know anything and write book.

Its just one example of one SRT that I got from that book.Same I saw with WAT and TAT too were wrong!! वैसे its not about right or wrong answers, its about whether you have a write approach or not with basic ideas of rules.. I just want to suggest you that dont read answers of others, just know the rules and make it your own way or your own some practical approach. just LIT your LIGHT yourself that's my point..!.(continue in upcoming book )

संडे की स्टोरी.....SSB की चिटटी....+++

SSB देना शायद तुम्हारे लिए सिर्फ SSB देना हो...
मेरे लिए नशा है.....+++

A teacher teaching Maths to a six-year-old asked him, “If I give you one apple and one apple & one apple, how many apples will you have?”

With a few seconds the boy replied confidently, “Four!”

The dismayed teacher was expecting an effortless correct answer (three).

She was disappointed. “May be the child did not listen properly,” she thought.

She repeated, “pls listen carefully.

It is very simple. You will be able to do it right if you listen carefully.

If I give you one apple and one apple and one apple, how many apples will you have?”

The boy had seen the disappointment on his teacher’s face.

He calculated again on his fingers.

But within him he was also searching for the answer that will make his teacher happy.

This time hesitatingly he replied, “Four...”

The disappointment stayed on teacher’s face.

She remembered that the boy loves strawberries.

She thought maybe he doesn’t like apples and that is making him lose focus.

This time with exaggerated excitement & twinkling eyes she asked ...

“If I give you one strawberry & one strawberry & one strawberry, then how many will you have?”

Seeing the teacher happy, the young boy calculated on his fingers again.

There was no pressure on him, but a little on the teacher.

She wanted her new approach to succeed.

With a hesitating smile, the young boy replied, “Three?”

The teacher now had a victorious smile. Her approach had succeeded.

She wanted to congratulate herself.

But one last thing remained.

Once again she asked him, “Now if I give you one apple and one apple and one more apple how many will you have?”

Promptly the answer was “Four!”

The teacher was aghast.

“How.... tell me, How?” she demanded in a little stern and irritated voice.

In a voice that was low and hesitating young boy replied, “Because I already have one apple in my bag.”

Lessons to Learn: When someone gives you an answer that is different from what you are expecting, it is not necessarily they are wrong.

There may be an angle that we may not have understood at all.

We need to learn to appreciate and understand different perspectives.

Quite often, we try and impose our perspectives on others and then wonder what went wrong.

The next time someone gives you a different perspective than yours, sit down and gently ask " can you please help me understand"?......

If a coaching academy says that in SRTs (situation reaction test) - everyone has different approach or different perspective or perception....Then, let me tell you - "its not right for every situation.. there can be one or more than one right approach...." but there is not anything like different perception...!! 🙄

One has different Perceptions due to lack of knowledge only..!!
Or can be due to lack of experience..!! 😜

I can justify it with an example....
I m giving u one SRT.. You write your approach or response and drop a message in my inbox..

A lot of candidates read the good but very few will follow them........It's very easy to read or listen to good things that motivate a person, but it is really painful to follow the advice......

Everyone wants to be a champion but nobody wants to work like a champion. .... (everyone wants to become a gentleman cadet...but nobody wants to become a gentleman)..

I am reproducing the famous line by Muhammad Ali..."I hated every minute of training but i said to myself..don't quit...suffer now and live the rest of your life as a champion.....

Same things for SSB.....work on yourself more and more..take here as much as pain(practice), in SSB definitely you will get gain.....+++

So do more & talk less .....+++

FALL BACK OPTION one extract ..from book👇
.........Her small black eyes were focused on me and was simultaneously applying her pink lipguard.I dont understand why it is called LIPguard because that lipguard won't guard the lips rather will entice others to feel them.Simultaneously, I was gazing at her amazing cleavage..!A thin valley between two classical mountains...!!

And my eyes were in confusion to choose which one !! She was 5'7 with a slim figure and I was 5'10 with an athletic body which was build by रगड़ा of 4 years training..!!

She put her arms around my neck and found myself few inches to her lips, and she said, " you are really very decent." This made me blush..(and so I thought- baby,don't make your opinion so early.The real storm is running inside me)

I put my hand on her waist and my hands slipped few centimetres down making me feel border line of something that she wore inside.I started rubbing her hips alongwith the line of the garment that she wore inside.

She asked ,"Can you make a guess of the color of the thing that you are rubbing?

My eyes got wide opened..A song similar to "दिल संभल जा जरा, फिर मोहब्बत करने चला है तू ।was running in my mind with a slight change the lyrics-

दिल ( you know it well what comes in place of दिल at that moment)
संभल जा जरा फिर से wet होने चला है तू।।

I got wet two times by her mere words.!Her question made me think that in NDA written,we had 4 options for a question where I always thought to encircle the right answer instead doing it wrong.!

But her question gave me a feeling like- " Dude,do it ! make your guess before its late.!बस बोल डाल, गलत भी हुवा तो क्या!! फील तो आयेगा!! Unlike in written exam गलत हुवा तो भाई number जायेगा।

While I was busy thinking,she said, "ok! if you tell the right color in the first chance,then I will give you surprise gift.My minds sounded like मार डाला , मार डाला।

कभी कभी लाइफ आपको एक ख़ुशी देती है, उसके ऊपर एक complementary.! Its like that you know the answer of one question and that same question comes again in a different serial number.

I hurriedly said, "its pink.!" which I was 90% sure that it would be correct because girls link pink color mostly!

She said , "NO..you missed the surprise.!"

Literally,it was like you attempted two alike questions but the option you picked was wrong giving you negative marking for both answers. आपकी ख़ुशी आपकी गलती की वजह से ना जल्दबाजी और excitment की वजह से चली जाती है..!!But thankfully, there was no negative marking here.!

"Can i touch it once and then make a guess??" I asked decently.
I learned it in my GTO task that if you are not able to get any idea of overcoming your hurdle then put plank in this way or that way ...but finding the way is always a objective...

She said, "Ohhh! Then I guess you must be having touching sense."

I said,"I don't know whether I have touching sense or not but yeah I am an Innitiator.!She said, "Strange.! I didn't find you like an initiator till now..I think you are an opportunist..!"

And I put my hand under her skirt,touched the back of her thighs.They were just like मक्खन... टच होते ही फ़िशल जाये जैसे।।Softness will not be the right word for them because they were something beyond the word "SOFT".! I said, "It seems you like color RED" and we both blushed together...like हम साथ साथ है।।

I said your tshirt, panty , lips, cheeks are all Red now..! "So what other surprise am I going to get as RED. it was the surprise that you were talking about I guess,"I said.
We both laughed and then the sexual tension started building up between us..!!

I saw her face..she was blushing as red as her p...y.😝....(Continued in the upcoming book)

तुम खुद के कम, मेरे ज़्यादा लगते हो ।।😌😌

Arthur Ashe, the legendary Wimbledon player was dying of AIDS which he got due to infected blood he received during a heart surgery in 1983.

From world over, he received letters from his fans, one of which conveyed: "Why does GOD have to select you for such a bad disease"?

To this Arthur Ashe replied:

50 lakh learn to play tennis,
5 lakh learn professional tennis,

REJECTION की लेंगे.....कह के...+++

Nowdays you must have seen that when you go to watch a movie in theatres,National Anthem is played in the beginning and everyone stand and give honour to it but do you know the story behind it...??

In 2001,an old man one day went to cinema to watch movie "कभी ख़ुशी कभी गम"!! If you have seen that movie,you must have seen that scene in the movie when National Anthem is sung by the kids and when the same scene appeared in the theatre,that old man stood up to give honour to the Anthem but others in the theatre started commenting on him and making mockery of him.

Youngsters blew whistle and made fun of his duties as a citizen, but that old man didn't respond anyone and he started a crusade to stand and give honour to National anthem wherever it is played and sung. And from that day it took long 15 years long fight and finally supreme court put stamp on this practice that before beginning of any movie in theatres National anthem would be played.

The name of that crusader is श्याम नारायण चौकसे,a 77 year old man!!

When I read and see these old people more than double my age,there commitment with themselves gives me energy,there spirit to fight, there fight is always commndable.
An another old man I would like to mention here among many is -

He do 7-8 hrs rallies in road shows,speaks 3-4 hours or sometimes even more in political or non political rallies in a single day and land Delhi late night and without taking any rest- conduct meetings on other issues..

And next day when I get ready for my office and switch on news channel,I get surprised to see that MAN with a new energy standing in front of somanath Temple in gujarat chanting "हर हर महादेव"।।

I am not a political person praising our honourable prime minister Narender Modi for some political benefits..rather I appreciate the courage, total dedication, passion for the service towards his nation which gives me the thunder spirit.! I learnt he meaning of conviction and commitment from him!

My point is that the greatness is in your DNA!! Each day you have a new chance to develop new ideas, reach new goals or fight one more time against your Rejection.

Take Rejection as your Girl friend, and make a baby out of it and name it..

As a carpenter went home after shutting down his workshop, a black poisonous cobra entered his workshop.

The cobra was hungry and hoped to find its supper lurking somewhere within. It slithered from one end to another and accidentally bumped into a double-edged metal axe and got very slightly injured.In anger and seeking revenge, the snake bit the axe with full force. What could a bite do to a metallic axe? Instead the cobra's mouth started bleeding.

Out of fury and arrogance, the cobra tried its best to strangle and kill the object that was causing it pain by wrapping itself very tightly around the blades.The next day when the carpenter opened the workshop, he found a seriously cut, dead cobra wrapped around the axe blades.

The cobra died not because of someone else's fault but faced these consequences merely because of its own anger and wrath.
Sometimes when angry, we try to cause harm to others but as time passes by, we realize that we have caused more harm to ourselves.For a happy life, it's best we should learn to ignore and overlook some things, people, incidents, affairs and matters.

It is not necessary that we show a reaction to everything. Step back and ask yourself if the matter is really worth responding or reacting to.
Lets treat people with kindness even if they hurt you.People that show no inclination to change, are best handled with silence and prayer.

It is mostly seen in GROUP DISCUSSIONs that instead of discussing, candidates start debating on the given topic just because someone else denied their point... 😁And then it becomes one to one conversation 😤🙄

Buddies, don't get involved in tit for tat practice not only in ssb but anywhere in your lifetime..
Bcz it is always going to be against you either sooner or later.

So, adapt your to the changes, let go the things and stay focused towards your goal.. 👮🏻🇮🇳

और जब ईश्वर ऊब गया 'ज़रुरी' बनाते बनाते उसने कई सारे ख़ूबसूरत 'बेवजह' बनाए.

My Interviewer asked me in SSB- "Gentleman, You have mentioned in your PIQ (Personal Information Questionnaire)that you play Chess !! So,tell me what special quality does one possess who play chess..?

I just widened my cheeks simply and said

"Sir,chess players mate better.."

He gave a loud laugh and enquired the logic - so called SSB का WHY??

हम बोले - "Sir, either we get check mate or we give check mate to other..So,checkmate is the objective of chess.. "

"Hmmmm...you are quite logical ",said the interviewer with a tricky smile

But life में कभी आप कितने भी लॉजिकल क्यों ना हो पर कभी कभी life के logics समझ ना आते।।

भाई कैसा रहा term break?
मस्त झमाझम...
इतनी smile क्यों छाही है..क्या बात😍 ?
कुछ ना यार बस यूँ ही
2 - 4 course mate और बोले कुछ तो है !!
मैं टाल गया उनकी सारी बातों को

Its 10oclock - lights off time n from tomorrow a new semester is beginning !!
Its very cold in Dehradun,so I just put a coat of Vaseline on my lips..
To my utter surprise, my mind went blank spontaneously when I touched my lower lip with my cold fingers and I went into the flashback when I met the SHE Of my Life on the last day of my leave..😌

शायद वो भी बहुत कुछ कहना चाहती थी
और मैं भी
ना उसने कुछ बोला ना मैंने....
But हमारी खामोशियाँ बहुत कुछ बोल रही थी....

She touched my lips...with her lips..
अगर उस वक़्त कोई बोल रहा था , तो वो हमारे लब थे...

I went to washroom n saw my lips in the mirror.. पहली बार खुद को खुद के होंठों का अहसास हुवा...जो washroom के mirror में भी दिख रहा था।।

कुछ तो बात थी उस गुजरे लम्हे में, जो इतनी कड़कड़ाती ठण्ड में भी मुझे गरमाहट का एहसास करा गया।।

In 2005, I read a novel "The Alchemist" and the theme of that novel that I extracted was - "When you want something,the whole universe conspires in helping you to achieve it"

That time I agreed ki ऐसा होता होगा। Then I saw OM Shanti OM movie in 2007..उसमें भी ये ही थीम थी, shahrukh khan ने इसका हिंदी version चेपा कि..."अगर किसी चीज को शिद्धत से चाहो तो पूरी कायनात उसे तुमसे मिलाने की कोशिश में लग जाती है।"😍

After that movie,this thought got More stronger and I decided to implement it in my life.!After training,I dreamt of getting a medal but i didnt get it, i wanted to get top ranking in all courses and I worked hard for it too but it didn't happen😓 फिर मैंने सोचा चलो ये theme professional में ना personal life में apply होता होगा।
Bcoz in the novel "The Alchemist" that shephered boy SANTIAGO used it for a personal stuff and same thing shahrukh khan भैय्या too used it for a girl..सोचा चलो हम भी लड़की पे आजमाएं 😝😝

When i went on my leave, there was a beautiful girl in my neighbourhood and i had crush on her, so I applied this theme on her🙈 बहुत चाहा उसको शिद्धत से and 1 year passed ..

Annual के बाद casual leave भी खत्म हो गयी। and new year started and I too started a new innings और ज्यादा शिद्धत से चाहा उसको,I read that book again, movie भी दोबारा देखी।। one more year passed फिर भी कुछ न हुवा।।🤒🤒😏😏

It was 2010,she had been my crush for three years now,But 1 day I came to know that my junior called her for IMA Ball💃🏻 🙄 I thought what the f**k is this ...😤🙄

3 साल फसल की रखवाली करी हमने, और काटने कोई और चला।। 😬🙄और थोड़ा youngsters की language use करें तो

Marwai हमने और बच्चा किसी और का हो गया😝😝

I felt very bad on that day बहुत गाली दिए paulo coelho को- author of The Alchemist and shahrukh khan को भी !! साला हमारा Charlie काट दिए।।😐

After that i evaluated myself याद आया की SSB की conference में जब interviewing officer हमसे पूछे थे ...

What will you do if you don't get selected??

हम भी चेप दिए थे उस वक़्त कि sir,I m pretty sure that I will crack it (ना मुन्ना ना crack use न करते ...crack न clear बोले हम😝😏, armed forces का selection है भाई कोई Bank PO थोड़ा ना है.. ) clear it but if anyhow it doesn't happen this time then its so simple sir- I have already cleared my NDA written n i will evaluate myself and again come here and clear it..

ये साल evaluation का मौका तब तो ना मिला (bcz got recommended in that very attempt😋)but सोचा चलो अब काम आया !!

Then i evaluated myself that what went wrong!! My junior got that girl and I was even better than him but गलती क्या हुवी i approached that Lieutenant And asked him भाई कैसे convince करी यार, शिद्धत से तो हम भी 3 साल से चाह रहे थे😝??

He told me the difference, he said," Sir, आपने बस चाहा और मैंने approach or propose किया"!! THIS is the slight difference in your and mine approach!! तब समझ आया साल उसको approach किये होते तो इस Lt. Ko approach ना करना पड़ता आज।।🤒

I thanked him and got the point ...साला अपना ही experience life का सबसे सही होता है।। चाहने से घण्टा भी न होता 😓चाहते तो हम रानी मुखर्जी को भी थे💃🏻 my heart felt for her too and said to me कुछ कुछ होता है💋 whenever i saw her.!!🙈 So from that day i converted my चाहना IN करना !! I became a doer from a dreamer and life started changing.!

After that I met a girl n approached her without 2nd thought N she said yes😜 I helped her in clearing her SSB!! She too is in armed forces Now😋👮🏻‍♀

So my dear frns, Theme is not about to dream something in your life and one day you will get it!!
The theme of your life should be to get whatever you want by doing efforts for it NOW.!

Wait wait...wait...not Now but सनम ....Right Now...+++

चाहो मत यार, घण्टा न होने वाला।।
कुछ कर लो, कुछ ना कुछ पक्का होगा।।😌😍.
