🤖 What if AI could actually use your computer for you?

Meet Violoop — a plug-in AI device designed to turn your existing computer into an AI-powered workstation.

Instead of keeping AI inside a chat box, Violoop can:
🔹 Understand what’s happening on your screen
🔹 Prepare the next step for you
🔹 Work across multiple apps
🔹 Handle repetitive, multi-step tasks
🔹 Use keyboard and mouse interactions like a human
🔹 Ask for your approval before taking important actions

The interesting part? It works across the software you already use — without requiring a separate integration for every app.

It’s a different approach to AI agents: instead of asking AI what to do, let AI actually do the work on your computer.

With on-device AI, local processing, and a physical confirmation button, Violoop is exploring what the next generation of human-controlled AI assistants could look like.

🚀 The future of AI may not just be about smarter answers.

It could be about getting the work done.

After eight years of engineering, Ultraviolette is entering its real scale-up phase. ⚡

For years, Bengaluru-based Ultraviolette Automotive has focused on proving that an Indian company can build premium electric motorcycles with technology developed in India.

Now, the challenge is bigger:

Can it manufacture those products at scale — and build a global EV brand from India?

Ultraviolette has raised $85 million in a new funding round led by Yali Capital and TDK Ventures, with Lip-Bu Tan also investing and joining the company as an adviser.

The fresh capital will support three major priorities:

🔹 Scale manufacturing
🔹 Develop next-generation EV platforms
🔹 Expand into international markets

And the manufacturing ambition is significant.

The company’s upcoming Hosur, Tamil Nadu facility is planned to begin with an annual capacity of around 2.5 lakh vehicles, with the potential to scale to 5 lakh vehicles annually.

That capacity will support products beyond its existing F77 and X-47, including the upcoming Tesseract scooter and Shockwave motorcycle.

But here is where the story gets interesting.

Building an electric vehicle requires engineering.

Building an automotive company requires scale.

That means factories, suppliers, distribution, service infrastructure, inventory, pricing — and ultimately, customers.

Ultraviolette is already selling across India and 20 European countries, while targeting the U.S. in 2027, alongside expansion into Latin America and Southeast Asia.

Its technology stack also goes beyond the motorcycle itself — spanning battery technology, power electronics, vehicle architecture and intelligent software, with battery architectures ranging from 48V to 400V.

So the next chapter isn't simply about launching another EV.

It is about taking years of R&D and engineering and turning them into:

More vehicles.
More production.
More markets.
And potentially, a global automotive brand built from India.

The first eight years were about building the technology.

The next phase is about proving it can scale.

What do you think will be the biggest challenge for Ultraviolette in this next phase — manufacturing, distribution, competition, or international expansion?
