The unit includes a high-quality indicator mounted via a 25 mm clamp strip, plus integrated I-poll, L-poll, and railing setup. The L-poll is made from 40 mm OD round pipe, providing strong vertical support. The C-type clamp securely locks the railing pipe, ensuring a rigid and non-movable assembly.

This model supports both aluminum and stainless steel 4-hole load cells, providing flexible installation options. The load cell brackets and structure feature precise sharp laser-cutting, acid-cleaned for finish perfection, and coated with premium narrow black powder coating for rust resistance and visual appeal.

Introducing the Orthotropic Pitless Weighbridge (9 x 3 Meter) from Orange Digital Electronic Weighing Scales Nagpur, a superior surface-mounted solution trusted by Shree Venkateshwara Scale.

This 11-inch height orthotropic structure is designed for ease of installation, smooth truck movement, and long-term performance. With a pitless design, the platform remains above the ground, allowing trucks to drive on from one side and exit from the other – making it ideal for modern logistics and transport yards.

The setup includes:

3 Transoms (each 450 mm width x 3 meter)

4 Decks (each 1500 mm width x approx. 3.8 meter)

Each transom and deck is securely fastened with high-tensile nut-bolt joints, ensuring superior strength and flexibility. The weighbridge uses 6 precision load cells (2 per transom) that are connected via MS pipe-protected wiring routed cleanly to the junction box, and further connected to a high-performance digital indicator.

Unlike traditional models, this weighbridge does not use I-beams. It’s constructed using advanced U-beam orthotropic technology, preferred in today’s smart engineering practices for enhanced durability and lighter weight.
