ion on Sugar open platform with our first customer - HSBC InvestDirect (India). At its peak, HSBC InvestDirect had over 1200 users successfully managing sales and support operations on SimpleCRM. Since then we successfully delivered several large scale deployments on SimpleCRM platform. For example, our customers like Askme.com have thousands of users managing sales, support and operations on SimpleCRM. Today SimpleCRM has matured into an enterprise grade, highly scalable, comprehensive and cost-effective CRM of choice for large enterprises in Asia. In 2014, in order to deliver more focused value to our customers, SimpleCRM product line was consolidated into a separate business entity of its own. SimpleCRM is headquartered in Singapore and has 4 offices in India (development centres in Bangalore & Nagpur and sales & support offices in Mumbai & Delhi). Our strongest differentiator is our team of industry experts, who have come together to start this venture after gaining decades of expertise in executing enterprise software projects, especially CRM projects, globally. As a product SimpleCRM is being constantly upgraded to incorporate the latest CRMfeatures and best practices across the globe. For example, in the last couple of years, we have incorporated several powerful modules in SimpleCRM, such as Reports Builder, Workflow Builder, Knowledge Base, Process Manager (in Enterprise Edition) and others. The UI has also been upgraded and we have also added Android mobile app. Facebook & Twitter connectors have been added and additional plugins areunderway.
